Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to individuals, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation.
- Support individuals in maintaining their resident rights and promoting their independence - Provide engage in social activities with individuals - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges - First aid certification is preferred This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
