00 an hour 19 hours ago 19 hours ago 19 hours ago ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This person will assist the Chromcraft Home digital marketing team work on graphics, copy and other necessary assets on the website Website maintenance and information update Help Chromcraft Home digital marketing team on social media by writing and scheduling posts, scheduling advertising and other necessary activities.
Receives and enters orders in the company computer system on a timely basis.
Verifies all essential information and special requests by the customer prior to entering order.
Communicates with Customers using telephone, email or in person.
Communicates with manufacturing and distribution to determine order status and shipping status.
Processes and readies for shipment on all orders for sales supports materials as required.
Reports product quality and customer problems to appropriate management.
Performs all tasks within prescribed policies and guidelines to meet company standards.
Notifies supervisor of shortages, damages, packing issues, etc.
Adheres to all safety guidelines for job performed.
Performs other tasks as assigned by supervision.
